Dear applicants,

It is with great pleasure to announce the selected participants for IVC MDO ML ITB 2021! For selected participants, congratulations, we are looking forward to meeting you at IVC MDO ML ITB 2021!

We received a lot of great applications this year and it was really hard to make a decision. Due to limited capacities, unfortunately, we are not able to accept all applicants.

Once again, big thanks to all of you who applied and showed interest in our international virtual course.

For all selected participants, you need to register yourself in the following Google form as a first step to complete the registration process:

For accepted students, there is an additional step that you need to complete. All students are required to register to the ITB’s International Virtual Course registration system:

Please select “International Virtual Course on Multidisciplinary Optimization and Machine Learning for Engineering Design Applications” and follow the process to complete the registration.

If you have any technical difficulty in filling out the ITB registration form, please click the following link to go to the tutorial. You will need to submit the “Motivation letter” again, however, you don’ need to worry because there will be no further selection process since the decision is already final.

Please make note that the deadline for the registration is 30 June 2021. You have to complete the registration before the aforementioned date.

We will use Google Classroom and Zoom for the IVC. Within two weeks, selected participants will receive an invitation to join our Google Classroom. You can then find all information related to MDOML 2021 (including the link to Zoom meeting and tutorial) after you join our Google classroom

For selected non-students participants, all information about payment of the IVC will be informed by email.
